Couldn't wait to take pictures of this little guy after doing his mom's maternity photos.  He did such a great job for his first photo shoot and even gave me quite a few smiles!

Lucille 9 days new | York Maternity/Newborn Photographer

It was great to finally meet Lucy.  Michelle sells lia sophia with me so I had the pleasure of watching her belly grow...and then take maternity and finally newborn pictures for her.  Lucy was a wonderful little model and gave us quite a few lovely smiles.  Here she is!

6 (months that is...) and sitting!

Ok...I know I'm a bit partial to my little one, but she's about the happiest little babe I know.  I am so blessed to be her mother.  I just wish she would stay little for a while - can't believe she's sitting already.

So I have to give props to some of my favorite vendors.  First, I have to say a big thanks to Tanya over at Sugar Plum Boutique for the cutest little Romper/Headband set.  It totally made the photo.  They are on sale through the end of August, so check them out! And of course to Photo Prop Floors and Backdrop - this is by far my favorite backdrop (grunge) and my favorite floor (wood floor 86) - so classic.  The fur is from Ecostreet, and I can't forget to thank my Mom for the pearls!  Had to dig them out of the "play" jewelry at her house.

This little guy was so tiny it was a lot of fun to see what we could squeeze him in...a little red ice bucket worked wonders and produced one of my favorite shots.

Beach Pics at the OBX

Had to share a couple of my family pics from the beach this month!  Don't let anyone fool you into thinking that beach pictures and kids go well together....ever.  It's called a sandy mess with lots of distractions which translates into a lot of creative editing!  Does it ever get easier?  Thanks to my sister for clicking the family pic and to my older brother for assisting in the laughter department.
