What a beautiful night for a photo shoot! I was praying all day that the rain would hold off, so when the evening went by without a rain cloud in the sky I could breathe a sigh of relief! This was a fun family shoot because I took maternity and newborn pictures for Lea just a couple of months ago. Her mother had helped with the newborn pictures and so had asked me if I could take of the entire family. It was great to work with Bev and her family and I look forward to taking pictures of little Andrew and Madison as they continue to grow!

I can't help it! I think I'm in love with this water tub. I'm not sure if it's that it brings back memories from my childhood - splashing and playing at Grandma's in the tubs with cousins...or if it's just that it makes such a cute prop with all the little babies!!! Let's make it the prop of the month. This weekend was one big photo shoot. I took full advantage of the many children in our family and the weekend at the cabin to get some great shots. I hope you enjoy!

Lucas James - 5 days old

Such a little cutie-pie, little Lucas. I had to be on top of these newborn pictures - even at 5 days old he barely fit in his Daddy's hands. I know I'm a biased aunt, but I think Lucas is precious! Fran&Steve - welcome to the family of five club!
